Current Directorships

Spartech Corporation: Pam joined the Spartech board in 2004 and is a director and chair of the compensation committee, and previously served on the audit, risk management and CEO search committees of Spartech Corporation, a $1 billion NYSE listed manufacturer of plastic sheet and compounds. During her time on the board the company has undergone CEO transition, debt renegotiation and done a major restructuring necessitated by the global recession. www.spartech.com

Monotyp
e Imaging: Pam is a director, chair of the compensation committee and member of the audit committee of Monotype Imaging, a $100 million NASDAQ listed software company that provides type solutions.  She joined in 2006 before the company went public and has been on the board while the company did its initial public offering, a secondary offering, several acquisitions, and the selling down of the position of the majority private equity holder. www.monotypeimaging.com

 

American Superconductor: Pam is a director and a member of the audit committee of American Superconductor, a $300 million NASDAQ listed company which offers an array of proprietary technologies and solutions spanning the electric power infrastructure, including megawatt-scale wind turbine designs and electrical control systems and technologies for power grid operators that enhance the reliability, efficiency and capacity of the grid. Mentor Network: Pam is one of two independent directors and chair of the audit committee of National Mentor Holding, a $1 billion company that provides services to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, which has private equity and public debt. She joined the board of this private company which is Vestar Capital and the management team in 2008. During her time on the board the company has done a number of acquisitions and divestitures, a major refinancing, and changed independent auditors. www.thementornetwork.com


Previous Directorships

Avid Technology: Pam previously spent over six years on the board of Avid Technology, which when she left was a $900 million NASDAQ listed video and audio editing software company. She variously served as chair of the board, chair of the audit committee, and a member of the compensation and CEO search committees. During her time on the board the company did a number of acquisitions, had a CEO change, changed independent auditors and brought a large shareholder onto the board. www.avid.com
